In a very elegant style, fresh and vibrant, this beautiful wine is presented on a thin bubble mainly guided by aromas of green apple and some notes of pink grapefruit.
This wine is marked by a very impressive precision which is a very fresh line due to its beautiful acidity. The mid-palate is supple and full of intensity. A very good example of Chenin blanc well worked and well balanced.
70% Chenin, 20% Cabernet franc and 10% Grolleau gris
