Coteaux de Saumur

A wine that has a light touch of sweetness with aromas of cooked apples and melted orange zest on a very soft finish.

Pale yellow, this Coteaux de Saumur offers lovely notes of stewed white fruits such as apple and pear, followed by mineral touches. The palate continues in this direction of freshness while bringing notes of exotic fruits, followed by recalls of candied apples present in the nose. The mouth concludes with a slight note of sugar that combines with this sharp acidity to bring a very nice balance.

For lovers of light sweet wines, this wine will go perfectly with foie gras terrines.
