L’Effet Mer

Sauvignon Blanc

A refreshing, light and crispy wine, dominated by citrus notes, wrapped in a lactic touch that adds a roundness to the finish.

This wine has a pale yellow color followed by pretty green reflections due to its youth. The nose is mainly managed by touches of candied lemon and pink grapefruit juice, which announce a nice freshness that is found in the mouth.

The palate also moves in this spirit of freshness, always with these charming notes of citrus, followed by a creamy touch due to stirring, which brings this dimension a little round at the end of mouth with vanilla spices and sweet spices .

L’Effet Mer is a very pleasant wine that can be drunk as an aperitif and also with a light starter based on fish or seafood.
