La Perle de Rosé

In a concentrated Rose style with nice black fruit notes, such as plum and prune, followed by aromas of blackcurrant and gingerbread.
This wine has an orange-pink color that develops a nose of black fruits, reminiscent of raspberry and prune, followed by light notes of vanilla and caramel. After a few minutes, the wine opens in a more floral style with aromas of rose petals. The palate is dry, powerful, continuing with these black fruit aromas, developing notes of white chocolate and a touch of acacia honey. The bubble is fine and elegant.
This wine can be a wonderful match for white meats with creamy sauce or even summer fruit desserts.
70% Cabernet franc and 30% Grolleau noir
