Coteaux de Saumur
A refined wine!
This hillside of Saumur offers us a more complex and very elegant nose. We find aromas of honey, white flowers, apricots and candied fruits that are reminiscent of certain jams.
In the mouth, this wine immediately shows us a nice freshness due to its acidity. Its aromas of dry apricot will mingle with aromas of gingerbread; we also find notes of toast from contact with wood. This wine gains in richness over the minutes after opening but retains a righteousness due to its freshness.
A great success!
A dessert wine that can also be enjoyed as an aperitif.
A very beautiful chenin which will round out even more with the time, but which can already be appreciated.
Aperitif, foie gras, pastry or strong cheese
